Do Not Track

You may be able to adjust your browser settings or other settings so that “do not track” requests are sent to the Service’s websites and mobile applications. ThymoFox will not disable tracking technology that may be active on the Service in response to any “do not track” requests that are sent to the Service.

Security

ThymoFox takes reasonable measures to protect the information you provide to ThymoFox or submit through the Service against loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. However, ThymoFox cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to ThymoFox or submit through the Service and you do so at your own risk.

Transfers to the United States

ThymoFox is based in the State of Florida in the United States. When we obtain information about you, we may transfer, process, and store such information outside of the country in which you reside, including in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer to and processing and storage of your information in countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws than those in the country where you reside.  

Children's and Minor's Privacy

The Services are not directed to, and ThymoFox does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from, children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information. Accessing, Changing and Managing Your Information.

Changing or Updating Your Information. You may send us an email at at [legal@thymofox.com] to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Retention of Your Information. We retain information about you for as long as it is necessary and relevant for ThymoFox’s operations and in accordance with applicable law. ThymoFox may retain information collected from you to comply with the law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, and take other actions permitted by law or disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents: Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code permits California residents to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, information related to the personal information disclosed by ThymoFox to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.
